THE PROCESS

- At your initial consultation, our treatment team will listen to your smile goals and address any questions you may have. You’ll also meet Dr. Collins for a smile and bite assessment. If orthodontic treatment is recommended, you will receive a detailed overview of how treatment will work, what it will accomplish, how long it will last, and how much it will cost.
- Patients can start treatment the day of the consultation with diagnostic records (photos and radiographs), as well as an iTero scan. You are also welcome to take your time and begin treatment when the timing is right for you.
THE INVESTMENT
We believe you should understand the cost of treatment before you make a decision. That’s why we’re upfront about fees from your very first visit.
Most comprehensive treatment at Collins Orthodontics falls between $5,500 and $6,500, depending on your specific case. At your free consultation, we’ll give you your exact cost once Dr. Collins has evaluated your smile.
A note on insurance: Collins Orthodontics is not in-network with any insurance plans. The good news is that most orthodontic insurance plans provide the same lifetime orthodontic benefit whether you choose an in-network or out-of-network orthodontist. Benefits vary by plan, so we’ll verify yours and let you know exactly what to expect. If you send us your insurance information before your consultation, we can usually have your benefits verified before you arrive. We also handle the insurance claims on your behalf throughout treatment.
